RaceTrade.com Refunds Policy
RaceTrade.com does not provide refunds for listings that appear live on RaceTrade.com. Listings that appear on the site may be eligible for a future listing credit on a case-by-case basis.
For example, if RaceTrade.com experiences significant downtime, then listings may be eligible for a credit. Credits would be based on severity of impact and in alignment with the RaceTrade.com site Terms of Use. Instances that are intermediate, isolated, and/or within the scope of uptime commitment per our Terms of Use are generally not eligible for a future listing credit.
Refunds will be provided to rejected listings that never appear on RaceTrade.com.
Multiple rejections may result in forfeiture of listing fee as agreed to in our Terms of Use. This basically occurs if you are deliberately wasting our time.
Credits for removed listings
If we have to remove one of your listings, you may receive fee credits depending on the reason for the listing removal.
If we removed your listing because it violated one of our policies, we’ll credit fees on a case-by-case basis, based on the circumstances. We will take any previous policy violations into account.
