Every part is new or as new as is possible or fully rebuilt to as new/minimum factory finish.
The block was stripped, hot washed, bored to 91.32 (spec for factory 0.5mm Mahles), honed and faced.Prior to boring - the engine block was completely cleaned and wire brushed to remove all previous paint, then it received 2 coats of 2k etch, 2k high build and then several coats of Ford 2k satin Black. All consumables, plugs, filter, all gaskets, belts, tensioner, thermostat etc have been replaced.All bolts have been either zinced or replaced with new ford nos bolts that were then zinced, all pulleys and brackets apart from those powder coated have been zinced. All inlet parts, throttle body and sump have been vapour blasted and cleaned. All items like throttle body have been stripped and ultrasonically cleaned prior to reassembly. Exhaust manifold has been blasted and mating faces have been faced.This was meticulously and patiently assembled in house by an ex Julian Godfreys engineer.I would prefer cash on collection, but would be willing to either make a shipping crate or pallet and ship at additional cost once discussed with buyer and a bank transfer has been made.Serious buyers only
